These game day tator tot nachos, what I like to call "totchos" are perfect for a group to share on game day, and the dish is pretty hearty too! These totchos are made with seasoned ground beef, lots of cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream and more cheese!

I can't get enough of nachos. I mean, I truly think cheese is the number one reason why I love nachos, but what I also really like about them is that they are so customizable! These totchos are perfect because let's just face it- tator tots are so much fun to eat!

You will start by assembling your totchos by adding the cooked tator tots into the skillet and adding the cooked, seasoned ground beef. You will then add cheddar cheese, and then place the skillet in the oven until all of the delicious cheese is melted. From there you will just assemble the rest of your ingredients! If you prefer to eat them without meat they will still taste good too, so they're great for vegetarians too!

These totchos are also perfect for game day and I couldn't think of a better way to entertain friends and family with this kind of comfort food!
